The new release of IERssNotificator V1.1.0.0 is ready with a lot of bug fix and new functionalities. All the icons are coming from http://www.pinvoke.com/, great thanks to Yusuke Kamiyamane for these beautiful icons.
Bugs corrected:

- feed in folder are not detected
- take the original title of the feed, not the title typed by the user into IE
- sometimes, can show feed not checked into the configuration
- take configuration changes at the next startup
- url of the feed is not url encoded so it can point to a new feed:
